Refund, replacement, and enrollment policies of DAV Music Academy
At DAV Music Academy, we strive to ensure that our students and customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following refund and replacement policies:
Once enrollment is completed, course registration fees are non-refundable. For course upgrades or schedule transitions, please contact our administrative support within 7 days of batch commencement to request structural alterations.
If you purchase a product (instruments, audio software, gift cards, etc.) from our facility and are not satisfied, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Defective or damaged products are eligible for free replacement within 15 days of receipt.
