Refund and Replacement Policy

At DAV Music Academy, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following refund and replacement policies:

1. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Process for Refunds:

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

2. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a replacement within 15 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Process for Replacements:

  1. Contact our customer service team at shop@davmusicacademy.edu.lk or davmusicacademy@gmail.com to initiate the replacement process.
  2. Provide detailed information about the defect or damage, including photos if possible.
  3. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.
  4. If approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items that have been personalized or customized

4. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
